I love creating innovative recipes for various clients and audiences.  To be used in print or online media, for digital newsletters and advertising campaigns, or simply for social media purposes, my focus is to develop engaging, reader-friendly recipes, using seasonal and 'on-trend' ingredients.

I love to experiment with flavours and textures to arrive at new and exciting food combinations.  Although my recipes draw on various culinary influences - taking inspiration from both the seasons and cuisines from across the globe - my recipes are rooted in traditional, wholesome British cooking, good for the heart and the soul!
